Within 5 minutes walking distance: convenience stores, large cafes, marts, various restaurants, Dongguk University Hospital, fast food restaurants, parks, bus stops, saunas, etc. My accommodation features convenient transportation, privacy, and a clean, newly built, fully furnished unit. There are frequent intercity buses that can take you to Seoul very quickly if you just walk a little. Goyang Starfield, La Festa, Ilsan Lake Park, etc. are located nearby. So it is very convenient for those who have business in the west and north of Seoul and Ilsan. It is also easy to get to from the airport. It is fully equipped with most essential facilities such as a system air conditioner, ceiling-mounted air purifier, refrigerator, microwave, and drum washing machine, and parking is available for free up to the 5th basement level. The house is very quiet because there are no living spaces on either side or the upper floor, and the view is good because it is high up on the first floor. There is a terrace on the first floor, and there is a rooftop facility where you can rest. Since the noise between floors is blocked from the beginning, it is also very good for long-term stays.

Please follow the manual carefully for the next guests. -The air conditioner and air purifier have remote controls, and the boiler can be controlled using the controller on the wall. - Smoking is prohibited in the building. If you smoke, an alarm will sound and the management office will be notified. You are responsible for this and a cleaning fee will be charged separately. -Please clean the accommodation after use. General waste should be placed in a volume-based bag, and recyclables should be placed in a separate bag. Afterwards, please dispose of them properly in the designated area outside the building. -Avoid cooking food with strong odors. - If you bring a pet, an additional cleaning fee may be charged, and you must restore the room to its original condition so that no pet hair or odor remains. -Please take off your shoes before entering. -If you need to register your parking, you must present your ID and reservation details directly to the management office.
