Our Daon House (short-term rental for one month stays) is a fully open-plan studio. The rooms boast a pleasant environment featuring a spacious bathroom with a separate shower booth and a separate veranda equipped with a dining table that doubles as a tea table. * The building has a total of 4 floors; the 1st floor is the parking lot entrance (password registration required for entry), and guest rooms are located from the 2nd floor upwards. (There is no elevator.) The rooms are designed so that the doors do not face each other. With 9 CCTV cameras operating 24 hours a day inside and outside the building, even solo travelers can feel safe. * The interior and view may vary slightly from room to room. Rooms are assigned randomly, and once confirmed, detailed interior photos and videos will be sent to guests after adding us as a KakaoTalk friend. Our house is located within a 5-minute radius of all dining options and amenities. Notably, E-Mart is a 20-minute drive away, and the Jungmun Tourist Complex is a 5-minute drive. Within this area, you can find Baek Jong-won's restaurants, Deomjang, Daiso, various black pork restaurants, sashimi restaurants, coffee shops, Jungmun Saekdal Beach, and various hotels, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Additionally, the Byeorak Village bus stop is located right in front of Daon, making bus transportation very convenient. 24-hour convenience stores and O-Mart are also situated nearby. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-minute radius of our accommodation. You can find a wide variety of options in the vicinity, including sashimi restaurants, Hayoung, Deomjang, Baek Jong-won's restaurants, various famous Jeju eateries, Starbucks, McDonald's, and traditional Jeju eateries. You can find more detailed information through the nearby search function. Our short-term rental (house) is located in the most Jeju-like and quiet village, so while the surroundings are full of Jeju vibes, the building is modern and very quiet, so we are proud to operate with 100% satisfaction ratings from all tenants. This place is nicknamed Byeolrak Village. It is about 5 minutes by car from Jungmun City and boasts a cozy and clean environment. Everything is provided inside for the short-term rental period so that tenants can enjoy it for more than a month with only simple luggage or personal belongings. The parking facility is very thoroughly managed, and we are doing our best to manage the safety of tenants by operating 9 security CCTVs. Outsiders are not allowed to enter, and the front door and guest room doors are all automated. You can rent it comfortably at any time.
