'My Home' 2nd floor of a multi-family house with good amenities

The exterior looked a bit old, but the interior was so clean and tidy that I loved it. This accommodation really stands out for the owner's attention to detail. The park view was also wonderful. Small furnishings and even nail remover...hehe The accessibility to the city center is great, so I'd like to come back next time. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay without any inconvenience~~~~

My family of four stayed at my house in Nohyeong-dong for a week. First of all, the location was fantastic. E-Mart and Lotte Mart are within walking distance, and Kakao Taxi is only a 3-minute ride away, so it's definitely in the city center. There were about eight households in the villa, and our unit was on the second floor, so there was no need for an elevator. We didn't encounter any other residents, but there was always a sense of presence. The house was in relatively good condition, so we didn't have any issues. During our week, we bought a pack of 2-liter bottles of water, but we left behind two containers and three 500ml bottles. It seemed like other people also donated unused items, and the place seemed well-maintained. We liked the nearby chicken restaurant, Chicken Cory*, so we visited often. Our family of four, including our elementary school children, enjoyed the well-remodeled house without any problems. If we were being greedy, we would appreciate an extra bed and blanket. This is a highly recommended place.

The host was so friendly and responsive from before I booked until I checked in, which made my reservation with peace of mind. I had a lot of questions because I had a newborn, and they responded promptly and made every effort to accommodate my needs, which I really appreciated. The exterior may look dated, but I didn't notice any inconveniences during my two-week stay. They said they were disinfecting the house with SESCO, and indeed, there weren't a single ant in the house. I think this would be a great feature for those with babies. There's no dryer, but there's a laundromat nearby, and there's a large drying rack indoors, so that wasn't a problem. There's a supermarket right in front, and it's close to the city center, which was also very convenient.

Unlike the exterior, the interior of the building was neatly remodeled and well-maintained. ✔️ Food waste was paid for with a transportation card. Please prepare your transportation card in advance (you can purchase and recharge it at CU). ✔️ There's a Paris Baguette and an unmanned cafe nearby. The surrounding streets are filled with residents' cars parked in both directions, so drive with caution. ✔️ It wasn't noisy, and the bedding was comfortable. I stayed comfortably for 7 nights and 8 days with my grandchildren, just like at home. It was quiet because it was a residential area, and there was a playground like a park, so the view was good. The accommodation was clean and it was an old villa, but it was remodeled, so it was clean and well-equipped for living. The only thing I wished for was a low table for the kids. I would definitely go again. Anyway, parking was convenient and I had a good rest.

It is an old building, but it has been remodeled and has been outsourced to an external cleaning company, so the interior is as clean and neat as a new apartment. It is fully equipped with daily necessities, so there is nothing to prepare. There is also ample parking space. The owner is also very kind.
