A detached house with an attic that offers a spectacular ocean view

I stayed in Jeju Island for a month in June 2025 and made many precious memories with my child. I am writing this article to share my honest opinions on the pros and cons of my stay for a month, so that it will be helpful to the next residents. 1. Location (5/5) I mostly stayed in the western part of Jeju Island or Seogwipo, so I was not familiar with Sehwa. However, Sehwa Beach was cute and shallow, making it perfect for playing with children. This accommodation is very close to Sehwa Beach, and most of the eastern part of Jeju is 20-30 minutes away, making it convenient to travel. I was so satisfied that I would want to stay at Sehwa again if I visit Jeju Island again. 2. Hygiene (1/5) Since I was staying with my child, hygiene was very important. From my perspective, the hygiene of this accommodation was very disappointing. * Air conditioner cleaning: The air conditioner was not cleaned at all. I cleaned one air conditioner myself in a hurry, but I did not receive a proper apology message for this. (I sent a photo of the air conditioner cleaning status, but I only received a message saying that it would be cleaned the next day without any apology.) * Wall: It was very dirty with dead bug marks left on the wall. There were also dead bug marks on the blinds on the first floor. * Window: The first floor window was so dirty that I couldn't tell when it was cleaned. One of the biggest reasons I chose this house was the secluded view from the first floor, but the dirty window made the view not pretty, so I ended up cleaning it myself. As a side note, I saw the owner of the house next door cleaning it himself several times. Compared to that, this place didn't seem to be managed well, which was disappointing. * Recycling center: There was a recycling center managed by the townhouse, but every time I threw out food waste, I had to go through hundreds of flies to throw it away. I think the townhouse needs to pay more attention to this part. 3. Service (3/5) When I sent a message through Live Anywhere, I had to wait at least 2-3 days to receive a response. I sent a message because I needed to check in advance since it was a place where I would be staying with a child, but the response speed was very slow. The response was accurate, but I think it is very serious that it took 2-3 days for a response to come. Also, I did not receive any information about the move-in method, precautions, or instructions until the day of moving in. I had to call myself on the day I arrived in Jeju Island to receive instructions, and even that was very disappointing because it was done in a very simple way. 4. Kitchen (2/5) The kitchen appliances were so old that it was hard to tell the traces of time. I recommend replacing them at least once. I cooked with the highlight (not induction), but it took too long. If you are staying for a long time, I recommend bringing an electric kettle or portable gas burner.

It was clean and It was a townhouse, so there were other households, so it was safe. The coastal road was right in front, so it was good for driving. It was good for biking, walking, and running. It was the last house in the townhouse, so it had good privacy and the view was really good. I only ate out once a day and ate the other two meals at home while enjoying the nice view. There was an attic, but I didn't go up there, and the lighting was so good that I could wake up early. I took a bath in the jacuzzi on the last day, and it was healing itself. The house is on the 3rd floor, so on hot days, the 3rd floor gets hot and it's a little hot. Going up and down the stairs was more annoying than I thought, but it was a good memory because it was only for a week. Everything else was~ good. However, I think it would be good to have one more fan in the summer, and it was a little noisy, so I thought it would be good to have a silent fan. The utility bill was about 20,000 won, and the cleaning fee was 100,000 won. I think I'd like to stay there again next time I come to Jeju Island! I recommend it <3

I had a great time.. I want to come back in winter when the rapeseed flowers are in full bloom.. It was nice to be able to see the sunrise on the 2nd floor and the sunset on the 3rd floor.. It was nice to be able to adjust the temperature in each room, and it didn't feel stuffy because the windows were all glass.. The neighborhood was also quiet and clean.. It was nice that Hanaro Mart was open until 10pm, 5 minutes away..

When you come out of the townhouse, it's right on the coastal road. It's quiet and there aren't many bugs. It seems well-managed. There's a mart within 5 minutes by car and many places to eat. The oil market is small, but it has everything you need. The only downside is that the stairs are a bit difficult to climb, but it's still a place I'd like to stay in again. Highly recommended

It was very clean and the facilities were great. It was even better because it was a single-family house and each room was separate. I would like to visit again later.
