About this place

A detached house built during the Saemaul Movement era, a traditional Jeju thatched-roof house. An old farmhouse where grandparents, Jeju Haenyeo (female divers), lived while diving. Damaged parts and harmful slate roofs were removed, repairs were made, and the house was remodeled. The interior was painted with Benjamin Moore paint. It is great because there is a beach and walking path right in front of the house. A detached house in Jeju near the sea at a reasonable price.

While not extravagant, the asbestos roof was completely removed and the interior remodeled for health and comfort. Recently, it was painted with high-end imported Benjamin Moore paint. Seopjikoji Fishing Village, a famous sunrise spot located on the east side of Jeju, named for the narrow, protruding terrain. A small Jeju farmhouse situated along a stone-walled Olle trail facing south. My grandparents purchased this house, which features curved stone walls designed to withstand strong winds. Walking along the beach promenade in front of the house, you can see Ilchulbong Peak past Sinyang Beach. You can head towards Gwangchigi Beach or go past the Aquarium to Seopjikoji. It offers a tranquil rural life in a Jeju fishing village. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and to the southeast of the town center, there are various amenities including a supermarket. It is a great place for resting your mind and body. Tools are stored in the warehouse. The yard is small (with lighting), features a mini vegetable garden, and parking is available for one vehicle on the roadside in front of the house. * The beds consist of two singles and one queen. For convenience, two singles are stacked on top of each other (the bottom single is very firm). Please note this. * This is a short-term rental. We will calculate utilities as accurately as possible (LPG, kerosene, electricity, water). * You are responsible for maintenance and cleaning yourself.
