-Room condition comparable to that of a newly built hotel - Convenience store, cafe, and restaurant on the first floor, and traditional market and mart within 3 minutes - Unobstructed ocean view with views of Gwangalli Beach and Gwangan Bridge - Nearby restaurants and hot spots such as Minrakhoe Center and Milak The Market are plentiful. -Parking is free for one vehicle only in the parking tower (not available for Carnival or Starex vans) - Drone show held every Saturday 5 seconds from Gwangalli Beach, permanent ocean view of Gwangalli, Gwangalli Beach Park located in front of the complex, Gwangalli cafes and hot spots area - Move-in will be conducted remotely. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you instructions on how to move in and use the facility. - Since this is a space for short-term or long-term rental, towels and disposable items are not provided. - No loud noise, no noise between floors, no smoking! - Pets allowed (small dogs under 5kg)
