It is recommended for those who want to heal by taking a quiet walk along the coastal road and neighborhood with the sound of waves, rather than going on a busy tourist tour. •There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and tourist attractions within walking distance. •The town is within a 5-minute drive of a library, supermarket, hospital, and other convenient facilities. •It is a quiet rural area with many houses. Loud noise can cause damage to neighbors and may lead to complaints. •We conduct regular pest control once a month, but due to the nature of rural homes, there may be an influx of bugs, so if you are sensitive, please reconsider.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. • Please avoid strong-smelling foods such as fish and meat, and ventilate frequently. • When checking out, it is mandatory to use a volume-based garbage bag and separate garbage collection. • Food waste can be disposed of at a nearby Clean House using a “T-money prepaid charging card.” • It is a quiet rural village. Any actions that may cause harm to the elderly in the surrounding neighborhood are “absolutely prohibited.” • Even though we carry out regular pest control, bugs may still enter the area due to the nature of rural areas/houses. Please make your decision carefully, and refunds due to this are not possible. • Depending on the situation, an additional cleaning fee (KRW 100,000) may be deducted from the deposit, so please use it as cleanly as if it were your own home.^^ • When requesting additional bedding within the standard number of guests (including infants), a super single topper mattress will be provided and the same fee as for additional guests will be charged. (10,000 won per night)
