As the closest self-catering residence to Balsan Station in Magok Commercial District, there is everything nearby, including delivery restaurants, meal kits, fast food, homemade snacks, and bakeries. There is a PUB on the first floor of the building and a Korean beef restaurant in the basement, making it a good place to stay for business trips. Magok is a vibrant area, day and night, 365 days a year, with a variety of restaurants, delicious food, unique cafes, and themed bars within a 5-minute walk of the building. This is an ideal accommodation for business trips or work near Gimpo Airport. It is located in a place where public transportation is very convenient as it is a 3-minute walk from the subway station and the bus stop is right on the street in front. It is also convenient to get there by car. Wireless internet is provided as standard in the guest rooms, and the surrounding commercial facilities as well as the apartment complex are fully equipped with amenities such as a hospital, supermarket, and convenience store.
