Convenient access to the famous Gangbuk area, 10 minutes by foot from Dunchon Station on Line 5 CU 1-minute walk, Hyundai Mart 3-minute walk, and many coin laundry shops Conveniently located 20 minutes from Olympic Park, perfect for enjoying various concerts. It is most often used as a temporary accommodation for home repairs as it is great for families with a large private space. It is a new, compact, and elegant building, so you can enter and exit with a sense of stability, like your own home, rather than feeling like you are in an unfamiliar place. It is a quiet residential neighborhood without any entertainment districts, and the sounds of children playing in the playground can be heard pleasantly, and the surrounding area is clean. If you climb up a few stairs, you can use the top floor of the building as a private unit. In the living room space equipped with various amenities and the attic space that awakens the romantic emotions that everyone dreams of at least once, you can enjoy a comfortable rest free from the noise between floors, as well as watch movies and Netflix with a beam projector on the large wall screen, fall asleep in a hammock, and play instruments (guitar and practice karaoke at a certain volume). And the outdoor rooftop is beautifully decorated and offers an open feeling facing the cool breeze and blue sky, making it another healing point. There are many things that are not possible in a regular apartment.
