I’m not very good at taking photos...^^; You will see how beautiful it is, and not a single person has ever regretted it. Lim's House is located in a truly quiet neighborhood within Seongbuk-dong; there is no animal noise (chickens, dogs) and no inter-floor noise, which is a major advantage of detached houses. As it is an embassy residence, you can live here safely. It is a healing space where even those sensitive to noise can relax comfortably. It is a place with a great view overlooking Namsan Tower, whether during the day or evening. How about enjoying a cup of coffee on the rooftop space during the day, or welcoming the magnificent scenery with a can of beer and chicken in the evening? For reference, most of our long-term guests (staying for over a year) were writers, musicians, or self-employed individuals. As for short-term guests, many inquired due to reasons such as adjusting moving schedules, outpatient treatment or nursing care at Seoul National University Hospital, or attending lectures (summer semesters) or seminars at nearby famous universities. Seongmuk-dong itself is developed as a tourist destination and a place with many great restaurants. There are many attractions and eateries nearby, so please feel free to contact us for more details. We have also provided a clothes dryer, so it will be convenient for both long-term and short-term stays.

A cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged if caught. (Pets are also not allowed for temporary visitors; please leave them on the rooftop or in front of the door for the time being.)
