You can enjoy the ocean view and beautiful night view. 1. You can enjoy the beautiful ocean and scenery from the living room, bedroom, and balcony with an ocean view overlooking the Yi Sun-sin Marina yacht dock. 2. You can watch IPTV, Netflix, YouTube, and Kids' Country. 3. The newly constructed building in January is directly connected to Yi Sun-sin Park and the coastal walking trail, and provides access to Ungcheon Beach, the water park, Jangdo Art Island, and Yeulmaru along the walking trail. 4. Please understand that parking will become paid starting July 1st. When you check in, please park in the parking lot on the 2nd basement floor and send us your vehicle number so we can register you for a short time. However, if you are parking for a long period of time, please use the small public parking lot across from the main entrance of Zia Apartment. We know this may be inconvenient, but we ask for your cooperation. Please note that the basement level 1 is a commercial parking lot, so parking fees will be charged even if there are empty spaces. Please park on the 2nd basement floor as it is a space where free registration is available. The public parking lot is located approximately 150-200 meters from the building. 5. Dolsandaegyo Bridge, cable car, Odongdo Island, Aqua Planet, Dolsandaegyo Bridge, and Romantic Pocha are all within 15 minutes by car. 6. There are restaurants, Starbucks, and other delicious restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. 7. There are several elevators. 8. 5G Wi-Fi is available.

Please smoke outside the building or in designated areas in community facilities. ▶ If a cleaning fee is charged - Intra-household contamination that is difficult for cleaning companies to handle - When attaching or damaging adhesive materials to wallpaper or glass - Soot from incense and fire - If special cleaning is required for the next guest due to smoking or strong-smelling food (barbecue, fish dishes, spicy fish stew, etc.) in the room -If the item is damaged -Contamination of bedding and towels that cannot be washed in the washing machine -If you put foreign objects other than toilet paper (wet tissues, sanitary pads, food, etc.) in the toilet and call a plumbing company ▶ Noise After 10pm, we ask that you be considerate and mindful of the noise you make.^^ ▶Safety precautions Our lovely children's use of the terrace, furniture corners, stairs, elevators, etc. may be dangerous, so please be accompanied by a guardian and pay attention.
