洗濯機、乾燥機、電子レンジは共用です。 ⭕長期契約時（ボルム、一ヶ月生きなど）契約書作成します。 ⭕エアコン、暖房は外出または退室時に必ずオフにしてください（制御システムで管理、または管理人が直接内実して消すことができます。） ⭕コンドミニアム内では禁煙です（客室内で喫煙時に10万ウォンの過怠料がかかり、退室措置いたします） - 喫煙確認時にデポジットは返金しません。 ⭕各種施設物や小物の破損や寝具類などの汚染はお客様が相場に変傷しなければなりません。 ⭕宿泊客以外の訪問者（友人、知人など）宿泊時の追加料金があります。（1人あたり10,000ウォン/日寝具類追加10,000ウォン/指定ゲスト）2週間以上追加で30,000ウォン ⭕ 契約者は、契約者以外は誰も部屋を譲渡または使用させてはならない。（長期契約時） ⭕契約満了後、入居時に元の状態になっていない場合、デポジットから清掃費（50,000/70,000ウォン）請求します ⭕保証金は、契約期間終了後退室時に客室の検査を経て、客室毀損及び備品破損、清掃等によりデポジットから毀損等費用を控除します。 ⭕宿泊の有効期限が切れると、客室内の個人用品はすべて持参する必要があります。持っていない場合、管理者は任意にエクスポートします（処理時に費用が発生した場合は請求します。） ⭕清掃、洗濯は本人が直接行ってください。 ⭕火災予防次元で、コンドミニアム内のポータブルバーナー、伝熱器具（温熱器、ラジエターなど）の使用およびバーベキューグリルを利用した調理を禁止します。 ⭕利用者の不注意による事故については責任を負いません。 ⭕ペット動物と一緒に入室することはできません ⭕無分別な娯楽や飲酒、高性バンガなど他の利用者に不快感を与える行動はご遠慮ください。 ⭕家具ベッドなどの位置を任意に変えたり、壁や冷蔵庫のシンク台などにアタッチメント（ハンガーなど）を付けることはできません。 ⭕マンション駐車場利用時の車両の管理、責任は車両ユーザーにあり、室内貴重品と車内貴重品はマンションでは責任を負いません。 ⭕他のお客様のために午後10時以降は静かにしてください。（エチケットを必ず守ってください。）
