当ハウスでは賃貸提供となり、布団、洗面具、タオル、使い捨て品を一切提供しておりませんので、あらかじめご用意いただきたいと思います。家の玄関に入ると階段が10個ほどあり、幼児が一緒に滞在するには注意が必要です。注意事項は夏に海で泳いだ後、庭の水道から土を取り除いた後、入ってきてシャワーを浴びなければトイレの水道管が詰まりません。もし水道配管に砂で詰まる事で工事をする場合、工事費を請求することがありますので、利点はご了承ください。
