歩いて行けるコンビニは無い静かな場所に位置していますが、車で10分内外の距離に高山里側マート、コンビニ、図書館、飲食店、病院などに行けます。車で5分：新島浦区、イルカポイント車で10分：スウォルボン車で15分：モースルポ、新昌風車海岸車で20分：パンポポグ車で25分：狭海海水浴場、四季海岸、山房山、松岳山、オソルロック、ハンリム、ヨンヘリ海岸 2023年6月から営業している宿泊施設です。石垣や畑、田舎の家に囲まれた閑静な独菜で、田舎のゆったりとした自然を感じるのに最高の宿です！静かな田舎の町ですが道端に位置していて安全で、家の前と後ろは畑になっていて、両隣は倉庫があり騒音心配ありません！広々とした庭があり、夕暮れに座って風を浴びたりバーベキューしたり、犬をほぐして一緒に遊ぶのもいいです！（子犬はネックレスなしで庭でほぐすことができます。）直接インテリアな住宅で、広々としたキッチン、大きな冷蔵庫やテレビ、作り付けがあり、不便なペンション生活ではなく、私の家のような快適な一ヶ月を体験できます！必読事項 - 宿泊施設ではなく住宅を借りる賃貸業で、バスルーム用品、使い捨て品、洗剤、タオルなどを法的に提供していただけません。 - 入室時に賃貸借契約書を原則としています🙏

授業料は一泊当たり基本10,000ウォンに設定されていますが、退室後に使用した分だけ控除して返金いたします。（使用量があらかじめ出された公課金超過の場合、今後さらに請求される可能性がある点を参考にしてください。）そして重要なことです！普通一ヶ月くらい滞在してくるときに車を持って船に乗って粒度される場合があります。普通の夜明けの便に乗って来たんですよ。当方は入室時間が午後4時を目安にしておりますので、明け方に入道後すぐにスペース利用をご希望の場合は、1日前の日付でご予約を頂ければ良い点かお願いいたします:)
