望遠駅は徒歩10分ほどかかり、歩いてきながら望遠市場があり、物を買いやすくします。また、建物のすぐ隣に小さなマートがあり、通りの向かいにコンビニがあります。建物の前にコーヒーショップがあり、コーヒーが好きなら毎日コーヒーを飲むことができます。マンリダンギルレストランやカフェなどを徒歩で利用できます。漢江公園が徒歩10分ほどかかり、建物の前に麻浦16番バスがあり、地下鉄駅や弘大に出るのに便利です。徒歩10分先には、マンリダン通りにある有名なグルメカフェ、小売店があります。望遠漢江公園も徒歩10位の移動が可能です。私のワンルームは小さな空間かもしれませんが、生活に必要なすべてが用意されており、一ヶ月生きるのに適した宿だと思います。また、望遠市場が徒歩5分の距離であり、マンリダンギルグルメを徒歩で利用可能で生活するのにとても便利です。また、部屋が苦しくなると屋上に共用休憩スペースが設けられており、しばらく休憩を取るのにも最適です。

建物内のすべてのスペースは禁煙です。他のテナントもありますので、夜10時以降は静かにしてください。家を短期賃貸するので、寝具やタオルの生必需品は提供されません。個別にお持ちください。寝具の持ち込みが困難な場合は、寝具のレンタルサービスを提供していますので、別途お問い合わせください。（枕と四季の寝具類【ヨソム、タオル含む】レンタル費-5万ウォン） *ゴミ捨て方一般ごみは従量制袋を購入して使用すればよく、リサイクルはリサイクル袋に入れて1階駐車場の裏側に捨ててください。食べ物ごみも食べ物ごみ袋を購入し、1階建ての建物の入り口の飲み物に捨ててください。喫煙場所は屋上にあります。また、屋上は自由にご使用いただくこともできますが、10時以降はご近所のためにご使用いただいても静かにご利用お願いいたします。衣類乾燥機は屋上のドアの前にあるので使用してください。（10時以降は騒音によりご使用いただけません。）また、屋上に上がる階段に乾燥台と掃除機がありますので、必要に応じて使用し、所定の位置に持っておいてください。ありがとうございます。
