스테이 비움 사용설명서 정해진 숙박인원 외 숙박이 불가합니다. 실내에선 금연입니다. 애완견 동행을 금지하고 있습니다. 촛불이나 향 피우기등 화재의 위험이 있는 것들은 삼가해주세요 지나친 소음은 이웃에게 피해를 줄 수 있으니 삼가주세요. 시골 마당이 있는 주택이다 보니 각종벌레가 나올 수 있습니다. 벌레퇴치제/모기채를 구비해놓았으니 사용하세요. 옆집에 고양이가 가끔 놀러옵니다. 현관에서 오른쪽 텃밭에서 상추, 고추 쌈채소를 따서 드실수 있습니다. [보일러 사용법] 1.난방은 기름보일러입니다. 2.안방에 침대위 보일러조절기가 있습니다. 사용시 전등 스위치를 켜주세요. 3.외출시에는 OFF 로 하셔서 사용량을 절약해주세요. 4.온수 사용외에는 꼭 OFF 해 주세요.온수모드가 되어있으면 계속 돌아갑니다. [입실 및 퇴실]  1.입실은 오후3시입니다. 시간 변경시 연락주세요. 2.퇴실은 오전 11:00입니다. 3.퇴실 시 게스트가 직접청소 및 쓰레기 배출 등 정리를 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. 4.퇴실 시 사용하신 식기 및 도구들은 설거지 후 정리 부탁드립니다. 5.퇴실 시 음식쓰레기 냉장고 내용물은 비워주세요 6.음식쓰레기 처리는 교통카드가 있어야 가능합니다.(미리준비해주세요) [보증금 정산] 보증금은 퇴실 시 비품과 시설물 점검 완료 후 1일 이후 3일내 정산됩니다. 공과금 기름보일러/전기료/수도 을 계산하여 보증금에서 정산하고 지급됩니다. 구비된 물건/시설 파손 시 변상하셔야 합니다. 궁금하신 점은 문의주세요

No cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of reservation confirmation and at least 30 days before check-in.

Reservation changes and cancellations follow LiveAnywhere's cancellation policy. Any mutual agreement between host and guest takes priority.

  • This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.

  • When making a reservation for an overseas stay, please enter your name exactly as shown on your passport. Incorrect entries may result in issues at check-in or upon cancellation.
