1.建物及び宿泊施設内全区域は絶対禁煙です *室内で喫煙時の苦情発生（トイレ、ベランダ）また、敏感な煙センサー検知により火災警報が発生し直ちに出動しますので、必ずご注意ください。 2. 事前協議のない追加人数は仕様します。 3.屋内の快適な部屋の環境のために臭いおよび脂っこい食糧調理は絶対に不可能です。 *肉や魚の焼き、揚げ物、チョングクジャンなど調理は清掃費10万ウォンがかかりますので格別のご注意お願いします。 4. ポータブルガスバーナー、イベント秒、香草などすべての火器類使用禁止です。 *これによる火災および外部床損傷などの財産被害発生時、ゲストにすべての賠償責任があります。 5. 共同住宅で、夕方には休憩スペースです。遅い時間大きな騒音は近隣の住民に被害になることがありますのでご注意ください。 * 高城バンガ、ブルートゥースマイク絶対使用禁止!!! 苦情発生時に直ちに退室措置となりますのでご注意ください。 6.トイレに食べ物、ウェットティッシュ、歯ブラシなどの異物を絶対に入れないでください。 * 上記と同じ理由による詰まり時、記事出張費10万ウォンが発生し、1時間以上かかります。 7.保護者を伴わない未成年者の予約および入室、ペット同伴、4人以上入室、スペースに対する最小限のマナーがない方 ->予約不可！ * もしかしてお皿、分離回収をせずに退室される方清掃費10万ウォンです。施設物毀損及び破損の際、お申し込みのない方のご予約は丁寧にご指定いたします。 8. 毀損及び破損カーテン、布団、タオルなどのリネン素材の特性上、汚れがしやすいので大切にお取り扱いください。（染色薬水抜けによる汚染、ゴデギーによる熱跡など）客室内のすべての施設を清潔にご利用ください。 *やむを得ず毀損または破損になった場合、購入価格に基づいて償還されます。施設物毀損及び破損時、お申し込みのない方のご予約は丁寧にご指定ください。
