都心の森林圏ハウスは住宅賃貸事業所です ここに滞在するすべての人と賃貸人と賃借人で賃貸借契約書を作成し、家を借ります。 館内禁煙と静粛 宿泊施設ではなく家を賃貸する住宅賃貸事業場なので、その規則に従わなければならない。 デポジット10万ウォンを受け取り、退室時に宿泊施設内の家電製品。 家具・電子製品・コンピューター等の全ての宿泊施設内に紛失物件有無及び物品破損及び寝具類汚染等の欠陥がないことを確認後返金してくれる。 ごみを分別して建物外 ごみ収集場所に置く。 チェックイン時間を賃貸人に事前に知らせる。
