徒歩5～10分以内にコンベンションセンター、ギャラリアデパート、ロッテアウトレット、京畿道庁、京保文庫、スターバックス、ツーサム、オリーブヤングなど、様々な設備があり、生活に便利です。特に韓国で2番目に高いスターバックスがすぐ隣に位置しており、ご利用ください。 :) 新盆唐線光橋中央駅まで徒歩10～15分以内で利用可能で、江南駅まで33分で進入可能です。広域バスとMバス利用も可能で、家の前にある駅からM5115バスでソウル駅まで一度に移動できる交通利用に最適場所に位置しています。空港バスをご利用の方も気軽にご利用いただけます。長期出張者の方やソウルに頻繁な移動をしなければならない方に積極的にお勧めします。すべての家畜類は新しいもので準備しておき、清掃もキレイに完了した状態です。エアコンの分解清掃まですべて終了しました。いつも清潔な状態を維持しようと常に努力しています〜！ :)
