車両移動5分の距離に狭窄海水浴場、金能海水浴場があります。海水浴場の近くにコンビニやマーケットがたくさんあり、カフェのパブグルメが多いです。広い庭があり、子供たちが存分に遊び、夏には水遊び冬には雪合戦が可能です。海水浴場から遠くなく簡単に持ち歩くことが容易で、庭で不気味やバーベキューが可能です。独立したタウンハウスとプライベートで旅行を楽しむことができます。部屋3つトイレ2つなので、複数の家族が一緒に来れば費用負担なく賑やかに行って行くことができます。 1.すべてのごみは分離収集してクリーンハウスに分離排出してください。（ごみ袋は直接購入して使用） 2. ごみはキムチ冷蔵庫の上棚の小さなバスケットの中にお茶カード持参してクリーンハウスに捨ててください。 3. 基本付属品以外に必要な生必品は直接購入してご使用ください。 4. お出かけの際、戸締りをよくしていただき、大切な貴重品など紛失しないように気をつけてください。（玄関パスワードは入室当日にご案内いたします。） 5. その他のお問い合わせは、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
