【供与金及びデポジット決済案内】 デポジットは1ヶ月（28泊）基準で50万ウォンで、1日1万ウォン（28泊28万ウォン）の課金デポジットが含まれています。 公課金（電気・水道・ガス・暖房）は、入／退室時のメーター数値を確認して実費精算します。 退室当日の実際の使用金額を差し引いた後、残りの預金は全額口座に返金いたします。 (季節別注) 夏季（7～8月）：1級エアコンで1ヶ月フル稼働時にも通常15～20万ウォン線と算定され、残りの預金はほとんど払い戻します。 冬季（12～2月）：室内温度25度設定など過度な暖房稼働時、単独住宅の特性上、暖房費のみ最大50～60万ウォン以上発生することがあり、この場合、事前公課金基準を超えた金額は宿泊保証金（50万ウォン）から差し引かれます。 （適正暖房温度20～22度推奨）
