私たちの宿泊施設は東海市南部に位置し、東海三陵のどこかの庭に移動するのに最適な場所です。団地周辺と団地内が混雑することなく静かで、周辺の景観に優れた場所です。敷地内駐車場、地下駐車場も利用できます。田舎環境で高層のスープな眺めながらも田舎屋の虫と不便さのないアパート、静かに癒しを差し上げますよ～昼は田舎の景色、夜は静かな漢江の景色のようなJincheon（川）の光の景色運動コースとして鎮川公園をおすすめします。

*東海駅車8分 *コンビニエンスストア、美容室、個人フィットネス団地後門側マート様々徒歩100m,500m *ただ正門側バス停（武陵渓谷～サムンジェ） *ただ後門側徒歩5分～10分鉄道周辺様々なグルメ多数 *東海市立北三図書館団地後門から徒歩900m *龍山書院徒歩200 m *車両6分有名な北平オイル場 *車両2分～5分距離～薬局、個人病院、郵便局、農協、ランドリーなど *東海市の飲食店はほとんど火、水休業が多いが地方特性上、休業曜日の変更が多いので、事前に通話してみて動かさなければなりません～ブレークタイムはほとんど3時～5時 *ただ東の裏口方向に美しい環境の食堂があり、焙煎バーベキュー、肉屋も多く、限定食が盛り込まれています。北三洞全体の食べ方が複雑ですが、そこまで続いています。 *毎日運動する場合は、後門側から出発南に鎮川川の運動遊歩道をお楽しみください。 *ムルン渓谷は〜登山コースが多く、風光明媚な素晴らしい有名な場所です。登山が大変な方は、陵陵別のユチョンジや健康森などで癒してください。陵陵渓谷周辺の素晴らしいカフェがたくさんあるので、見てみましょう〜宿泊施設から車で8分 *頁岩海岸～宿から車で10分の距離～ぜひ行ってみるべきスポット、見どころや遊歩道の一日は足りません～ *その他のビーチや観光地の大部分は宿泊施設から10分内外面すべて可能です。東海駅の上からは、ビーチが小さいところから、いくつかがすべて短く短くつながっているので、隠し漢島海辺～下平海辺～黙号～御達～妄想～翡翠～一日もかかってみんなで鑑賞されるほど、ゆったりと癒しましょう～
