단지 내에 코인빨래방 편의점 포차 패스트푸드 걸어서 4~5분이면 바다가 있고 차량 5분에 도깨비 촬영지, 경포해변등 위치 좋습니다 방음도 너무 좋고 주차걱정도 없습니다 방도 3개라 충분히 넉넉히 쓰실수 있구요 자차 운행오시면 톨게이트도 5분입니다
