屋内で絶対禁煙です。 🚭 調理後十分に換気してください。ごみ、分離回収は建物外の公共空間で追加費用なしでお使いいただけます。一般ごみは、別に従量制袋を購入して捨てなければなりません。ボイラーの温度は9月から4月までの予約に合わせています。寒い場合は予約ボタンを押してください。 20分程度稼働します。相次いで二度ほど回すと十分に室内が暖かくなります。その他の季節にはボイラーが温水専用となっておりますので、予約ボタンを押す必要があります。（過度のガス料金を防止しようと設定するので予めご了承ください。過度の使用量発生時に追加費用発生することがあります。）ペット同伴不可で無断入居時に特殊清掃費用が発生します。
