屋内で絶対禁煙です。魚や肉などにおいのある食べ物は室内で摂取できません。バーベキューは1回2万ウォンで、予約時に申請する必要があります。（バーベキュー装備のみセッティング、火は直接吸う必要があります。）一般温水プールは3万ウォンで常時温水プールは1泊に5万ウォン（ヒーターで一定温度維持及びフィルターで浄水）です。バーベキューとスイミングプールは予約時にお申し込みください。予めご用意ください。ペット犬は犬種と体重を教えてください。追加オプション（バーベキュー、水泳場）は、チェックイン後に決済や入金していただく必要があります。（現場決裁）追加オプションは宿泊予約後にチェックインの3日前までにホストに文字でお申し込みください。
