最北端の大津港独채は、古城の北海の村、大津港の丘の中腹に位置し、東海の海と港を眺望しています。 家を出て少し歩けば大津港と海に出会え、朝夕に港町を軽く散歩するのが良く、大津馬車津ビーチ、超島ビーチ華津浦ビーチ、広開土大王伝説と謎の城壁跡を大切な金構図が隣接して滞在しながら海を日常のように味わい、国内など散歩できます。 独菜を基準に約10分から40分の所要距離以内に古城地域主な観光名所が位置しています。 統一展望台、DMZ(非武装地域)、華津浦周路(自転車レンタル)、金剛山建奉仕、李承晩大統領別荘、金日成別荘(華津浦義城)、ソン・ジホ周路(自転車散策)、ソン・ジホ海空道(徒歩散策)、王曲村金剛酸化岩砂（水岩）、蔚山岩（雪岳山）など 徒歩圏内には、コンビニエンスストアマート漁村系水産市場をはじめ、会場、食堂、カフェなど大津港の商圏が形成されており、生活に便利です。

- 予約された人員以外の訪問は困難です。 - 喫煙は所定のスペースでのみ可能です。 - 施設や備品の破損、重大な汚染、搬出、紛失の際に賠償費用が請求され、ホストに直ちにお知らせください。 - 安全と防犯のために庭にCCTVが設置されていますが、外出時の戸断を徹底してくださり、お客様の不注意により発生した盗難事故は責任を負いません。 - 肉や魚などにおいが強い食べ物は必ず屋外バーベキュー場で調理してください。 室内調理は匂いが天井の木や室内に染み、次のお客様にご不便をおかけすることができ、厳しく禁止しています。 - 周辺のご近所の方がほとんど夜明けに操業を出ている漁民の方で早く休憩をとります。 野外バーベキュー場の利用時間（PM9時まで）を遵守してほしい。
