入居は肥大面に進む。 契約が確定したら入居及び利用案内メッセージをお送りします。 （入室コードは当日チェックイン前発送） ・退室前にぜひ分離収集、飲食物、一般ごみ処理、整理整頓お願い致します。 * 分離収集場は1階201棟123ラインと45ラインの間に通路に入って右端に歩いていけばあります！ *食品カードのない号室は、従量剤に入れて一般に捨てていただき、リサイクル品も分離収集場に捨ててください。 *ごみ処理ができていない場合は追加清掃費5万ウォン * 汚染など客室の状態が不良な場合は追加清掃費15万ウォン無条件請求され、デポジットから考える予定ですので、客室の状態に必ずご注意ください。 *代わりに、私たちは基本的な清掃費がなく、いつも退室後の清掃状態が良好な状態で入室されます。 ※追加清掃費に同意していただくと入室できます。 ・壁紙、床の損傷、施設物の汚染、悪臭発生、ソファなどに永久的なダメージなどが発生すると、追加の清掃費などが発生することがあります。 *ペットの小便、マーキング、毛深く注意してください。 *入室前の同意内容 1. 分離収集、食品、一般ごみ処理必須です。 （分離回収場1階201棟123ラインと45ラインの間に通路に入り、右端に行くと位置、食べ物カードのない号室は従量制購入して一般に処理） 2.ごみ処理をしないと、追加の清掃費5万ウォン、汚染など部屋の状態が悪い場合は清掃費が請求されることがあります。 3. ペットと一緒にご利用の際は、尿、マーキング、毛などに注意してください。 *1～3事項のみ守って頂ければ清掃費は0ウォンです。
