私たちの宿泊施設はコンドミニアム、ホテルではありません。一般家庭屋です。徒歩3分距離マートとバス停車で8分距離ウォルマート、ダイソー 車で6分の距離にムルン渓谷、ダルバン貯水池車で8分の距離白頭台間の塩道（登山コース16km）、東海港（ウラジオストク運航）、車で12分東海高速バスターミナル、車で21分、ムホ湖港（鬱陵島運航）、車で25分、東海保陽温泉、東脛骨スカイバレー、黙湖灯台、車で39分、三陵海上ケーブルカー融和駅 私たちの宿泊施設はソウルの江南（カンナム）を運んで快適に暮らせる採光がよく、眺めの良い3階建てのアパートです。アパート全体を改造。リビングルームには75インチテレビでYouTube、ネットフリックスが出ており、ショパ、エアコン、エアフライヤー、電気ポット、炊飯器があり、キッチンは12人用の食器洗い機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、バスルームはひまわりシャワー、ビデ、多目的室は洗濯機と乾燥機テレビ、ワードローブ、エアコン、化粧台、ヘアドライヤー、デスク、ロボット掃除機、除湿機があります。 お部屋と渡り部屋でベッドに横たわって窓を開けると森の景色が見えます。 管理費は1泊に5千ウォン、LPGガス使用料は1ルベあたり4千ウォン支払います。デポジットは1ヶ月使用時に80万ウォン退室5日以内に返金されます。退室時には洗濯物や清掃が常にきれいな状態を保つため、各種清掃具が備わります。退室時に洗濯と清掃が完璧になっていれば10万ウォン払い戻します。

ヒーリングハウスはコンドミニアム、ホテルではありません。一般家屋です。 1.退室の際は入室時と同じように全ての物は元の位置にきれいに清掃した後に退室お願い致します。 2. 室内喫煙絶対禁止します。ベランダでも喫煙を控えてください。 （喫煙はアパート外で利用） 3. お出かけ、退室時のボイラー、エアコン、電気をぜひ取り出してください。窓は必ず閉めてください。各種虫が入場します。 4.壁紙や家具、家畜類、家電製品の破損時に費用請求します。 5. 山行、海辺に行って来る場合、必ず1階で靴、服、バッグを振って入ってください。下水道詰まりの原因となります。 6. 清掃及び洗濯が完璧になっている場合に10万ウォン払い戻します。

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
