城北区鍾岩洞に位置し、建物の正面が村バスの終点なので、座り心配なく便利にご利用いただけます。 4号線沿道駅、6号線高麗帯まで約15分です。高麗大学、聖信女子大学、高麗大学安岩病院がすべて近くにあります。家の5分先にスーパーマーケットやコンビニがあり、日常生活が便利です。自然に近い静かな住宅団地です。開運山の遊歩道が正面にあり、澄んだ空気の中を散策するのに最適です。 2階ですが階段が浅くていくつかはありません。一日中日光がよく持ち上げ、風通しも良いです。洗面台、シャワー、シンクにすべてフィルターを設置しました。月1回セコム防疫を実施しており、最近専門業者を通じてエアコン全体のフィルター交換および殺菌消毒完了しました！
