入居は肥大面で行われ、契約が確定したら案内メッセージをお送りします。禁煙必須で、ペットは入室できません。ガスレンジの代わりに携帯用ガスバーナーを（ブータンガスは個人が用意してください。）ご利用ください。ポータブルガスバーナーを使用してすぐに洗ってください。宿泊施設をご利用の方が自分で掃除をしてくれる空間です。内部にあるチェックリストを確認し、安全点検及び清掃、洗濯物、皿洗い、ごみ処理と分離回収をきれいにしてください。退室前の清掃と洗濯が完了した室内写真を撮って送ってください。清掃をきれいにしていただければ清掃費はお返しします〜^^
