徒歩5分大型マート、車10分以内全ての便宜施設隣接一戸建てのテラスを兼ね備えた46世代が一列に並ぶタウンハウスで、全面遠い海の景色を誇っています。駐車場を併設する広々としたフロントの庭には様々な花や果実があり、庭の端には子供のための遊び場やトランポリンがあり、ちょっとした楽しみを感じる施設があります。リビングルームとテラスから見える裏庭には野菜いっぱいの畑や、しいたけ、ブルーベリー、アンドゥ、プラムなどの果実があります。済州で最も暖かい場所に位置する私たちの家は静かで快適な家にあるように、すべての物品が揃っており、広々とした柑橘類を越えて見える海が絶品であり、有名観光地やグルメスポット、様々な便宜施設が近距離に隣接して不便なく清潔な電源生活を享受できるランダム割り当てによってはビューの違いがあるかもしれません。テラスには屋根付きの宿泊施設がありません。

屋内で絶対禁煙です。テラスでバーベキューは危険ですので、外のバーベキュー場をご利用ください。建物外の喫煙の際には、毛深いタバコ吸い口を捨ててください。分離回収は徹底してお願いします。団地内の子供たちが多いので、20Km以下でゆっくりお願いします。夜10時以降は高城房が禁止してください。
