静かで美しい海岸沿いの家です。朝ごとに庭の向こうの海にイルカが通る様子が見られます。周りに自転車道がよくできていてランニングやハイキングするのにもいいですよ。

家のすぐ前が浜です。家の前で浜の散歩にもよく、海女たちが物質するのも見られます。イルカも頻繁に通り過ぎたり滞在する場所です。車で5分のところにハナロマート、セファ民俗オイル市場（5日、0日）、コンビニ、ダイソー、グルメ、病院などがあります。セファ海水浴場まで5分、河道海水浴場から10分以内です。お部屋はロールブラインド、小部屋には暗幕カーテンになっています。ビューが美しく、リビングルームはシフォンカーテンしていました。リビングルームのベランダ窓から庭に直接行くこともできます。折りたたみテーブルや椅子も用意されています。そして住宅の後ろにあるホテルの屋内プールとサウナ施設が利用可能です。（有料）
