🌵入室注意事項です。 1. レンタル期間中に予約時にお申し付けいただいた定員（お客様訪問日程を含む）のほか、入室不可であることをご了承ください。 2.庭があるので、虫が多いです。ムカデがあるかもしれませんので、窓や玄関のドア、虫よけのドアを閉めて行ってください。 3.済州には風があまりにも強く吹きますㅠ 4. 屋内での喫煙はできません。 5.屋内では肉、魚の調理はできません。 6. オーブン機で肉、魚の調理はできません。 （次のゲストのためにご了承ください。） 7. 肉や魚の調理は、なるべくバーベキュー場をご利用ください。 バーベキューグリル使用後洗浄してください。 8.喫煙、肉、魚による汚染発生時に清掃費請求されます。ご了承ください。 9. 子供たちの遊び感中クレイ、液体モンスター、スライム、触感遊び砂の種類はいけません（カーペットやソファに付着すると落ちません。 10. ショパ、壁紙、寝具類にボールペン、サインペン、塗料、染色薬による汚染発生、物品破損などの場合、それに応じた実費請求されます。ご了承ください。 11.毎月1回定期的に防疫業者を通じて防疫をしています。啓示中に防疫ができますし、スケジュールは今後あらかじめ訪問日程を調整して定めています。子供たちのために環境にやさしい製品を使用していますが、なるべくご注意ください。 12. ごみ分別収集場は、町の招待ファミリーハウスの前にあります（物品別に分けて捨ててくださります。） 食べ物ごみカードはコンビニで交通カード購入＋充電してからご利用いただいたり、ご使用の交通カードがございましたら、お持ちいただきご使用ください。 13. 退室前 全てのごみは分離回収して捨ててください。 14. パラソル使用後、折りたたんで保管お願いします。 15.パラソルは住宅でのみ使用可能です。 16. 不気味な炉とバーベキューをご利用の上、火種を必ずご確認ください。 17. 私の家は4人で基本設定されています。お持ちの間の消耗品（休止、歯磨き粉、石鹸、シャンプー、リンス、ボディウォッシュなど）の再設定はできません 😭注意事項があなた〜長くて申し訳ありません。すべてのゲストのための措置ですのでご了承ください。

This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
