宿泊施設の隣の大型マート、村のバス停 3分：コンビニエンスストア、カフェ、推理文学館、コインランドリールーム 海雲台の月見道にあり、  海雲台ビーチ、松岳海水浴場、青砂浦、迷砲、海月亭、ムンテンロード、様々なカフェなど、観光地やリゾート地が隣接しています。 青砂布に向かって下がれば有名な貝焼きもいいけど..個人的に好きな森焼（ちょっとした焼き火で焼いて食べる串のおつまみにビールをただ一杯..!!）の雰囲気と味は済ませるように.. 長山地下鉄駅と連携した村バス（2、7、10番東海寺下車）停留所があり、海雲台ビーチまでバスで10分、松井海水浴場まで乗用車で10分で行けます。 日差し満載のパノラマの海の眺めと、家族全員が過ごせるゆったりとした空間、 調理できるキッチン施設など一ヶ月生きやすいところです。 館内での喫煙は禁止されています。 夜は近所の住民に邪魔にならないように、大きな音はご遠慮ください。 愛犬同伴の際、排便管理にご注意ください。
