**徒歩2～3分の距離に市内バス停留所と徒歩5分の距離に空港からの急行バス101番（済州空港-西帰浦バスターミナル）停留所があります。 **家から3～5分の距離にハナロマートとキングマートがあり、薬局、家庭議員、韓議院、24時コンビニ、洗濯部屋、農協、郵便局、金寧町、中学校、済州国際ヨット学校、金寧ヨットツアー、口座室内体育館と体育公園などお使いいただけます。 **徒歩10分 - 聖世紀海辺と金寧龍岩海サウナがあります。「私の家は全体的に日光がよく入ってきたのでいつも明るく静かな感じが漂うところです。最新施設を備えた場所ではないが、過ごしてみると綺麗な鳥たちもよく訪れるほど済州島の自然と優しさ、そしてゆとりを最もよく感じられる場所です。私たちの家に来るお客様は有名な観光地も良いですが、オレ20コースの始まりであるキムニョンでゆっくり歩きながら、町のあちこちにある金属工芸作品も見て石垣道を歩いてみて、アマラルド色の海水に足も浸けて見て、見て、カニ、カメの手もつかんで煮てみてください。
