- 芝生の庭、屋外プールは共用施設です。 - バーベキューは1階の公共庭で事前予約後利用可能です。 - グリル、炭レンタル費は2万ウォンです。 - スパはチェックインするとすぐにご利用いただけるようにあらかじめお湯をご用意いたします。 - 庭でトランポリン、バスケットボールの骨格自由に使用可能ですが、子供たちの安全のために必ず保護者が見守ってください。 - 宿泊施設内の施設の紛失、毀損、火災による被害に対する責任は利用者にあります。 - 利用者の不注意による事故については責任は利用者にあります。 - 屋内絶対禁煙（屋外喫煙可） -夜10時以降、大きな騒音は周囲に被害になることがありますのでご注意ください。 - 最後の退室時に、すべてのゴミは外部ゴミ場に分離排出してください。 （20Lごみ袋提供）
