徒歩5分以内にコンビニバス停があり、カカオタクシーがすぐ来ます。協裁海水浴場歩いて行けます。グルメとかわいいカフェが多いです。錦能海辺、狭財海辺、板浦浦区、韓林公園、月齢里サボテン村の近くです。車で3分歩いて8分の狭狭海水浴場があります。古いヴィラですが、オリモデリングして新しい家のように綺麗でカフェのようにきれいです。 1階なので層間騒音心配なくガラスブロック施工してプライバシー保護、日光がとてもきれいに入って湿気もなく快適です。
