徒歩10分9号線中央保訓病院駅利用急行出発駅で江南方面30分台アクセス可能徒歩10分5号線堕村駅では有名江北地域移動便利徒歩1分CU、3分現代マート、Coin laundry shop多数オリンピック公園20分で各種コンサート観覧便利広々とした専用スペースで家族単位で過ごすのが好きで、集修理臨時宿として最も多く利用されます。外観が秀麗なこじんまりとした新築単独建物で見知らぬ場所の感じよりは日常の内集のような安定した感じで出入りが可能です。ナイトライフのない静かな住宅街で遊び場の子供たちの遊び声が丁寧に聞こえ、周囲がきれいです。階段から少し上がると、建物の最上端を独占で単独使用が可能です。各種アメニティが揃ったリビング空間と、誰もが一度ロマンチックなロマンチックな感情を覚醒させるアジトのような屋根裏空間では、層間騒音から解放される快適な休息はもちろん、壁面大型スクリーンでビームプロジェクトで映画やネットフリックス鑑賞、ハンモックで眠り、楽器演奏活動が可能です。そして屋外専用のルーフトップはきれいに装飾され、涼しい風と青い空に面する開放感があり、また別のヒーリングポイントになります。普通のアパートでは不可能だったものがとてもの間にしばらく可能にするのが特徴で、ただホテル代案で各種出張や一ヶ月住みに最適です。（実際のホストである私も大分時間をここで趣味生活やヒーリングセンターとして活用しており、長期賃貸はできません。）
