1.コンビニ：車両5分 2. 病院：車両 5分距離駅周辺または 10分～15分距離ソウル大学病院（居住しながら出退勤、病気看護容易）観光地 - 車両10分距離：道上司。レストラン - ナポレオン菓子屋、昔の中国の家 ♡MBC助けてホームズ放送交渉要求（21年、23年）完全リモデリング完了しました。写真を撮りませんでした…^^; ご覧になれば本当にきれいで後悔している方はただ一人も安心しました。城北洞のうち、私たちのリムズハウスは本当に静かな町で、動物の泣き（鶏、犬）音、単独の長所である層間騒音もありません。大使館で安全に居住可能です。騒音に敏感な方も快適に休むことができるヒーリングスペースです。日中や夕方に南山タワーを眺めるビューグルメです。屋上空間で日中は一杯のコーヒーのキツネ、夕方には、キャンビールとチキンで本当に素敵な風景を迎えてみてはいかがですか？ちなみに、1年以上の長期ゲストの多くは、作家/音楽家/個人事業者などがおられ、短期ゲストとしては取締役期間が調整を事由で、ソウル大学病院通院治療や病看護の事由で、近くの有名大学講義受講（季節学期）やセミナーに参加する方々にお問い合わせいただく方。聖黙洞自体が観光地/グルメで構成されています。周辺に多くの観光地、グルメなどがありますので、お問い合わせいただければ詳しくお知らせします。今回乾燥機も備えておき、長期。短期で過ごすのに便利です^^
