일반숙소가 아닌 단기임대 입니다. 공과금(전기,가스)은 사용하신 만큼 퇴실일에 부과 됩니다. 위생용품은 지급이 불가합니다. (자세한 내용은 문의 부탁드립니다.) 최대인원 4 (12개월 미만 유아 동반 시 5인까지 가능) 반려동물 입실 불가합니다. 실내 흡연은 절대 금하고 있습니다. 아이와 함께 숙박이 가능하지만 아이 전용 도구들은 비치되어 있지 않습니다.(아기의자 및 작은 욕조는 필요시 말씀해 주시면 구비해 놓을게요.) 아이 동반 숙박 시 보호자 분의 각별한 주의 부탁 드립니다. 가구, 가전 외 모든 시설 오염 및 파손 시 변상의 책임이 있습니다. 시설물 파손 시 당황하지 마시고 바로 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 침구 및 소파 오염 시 세탁비가 청구됩니다. (소파 오염 시 방치하지 마시고 바로 마른 수건 또는 젖은 수건으로 닦아주세요.) 일반숙소가 아닌 단기임대로 퇴실시 청소 및 정리 부탁드립니다. 지저분한 경우 청소비 부과될 수 있습니다. 부주의로 일어나는 안전사고와 귀중품 분실 및 파손에 대해서 법적 책임 지지 않습니다. 2층 침실은 전기 난방 입니다. 화재의 위험이 있어 외출 시 꼭 off 부탁 드립니다.
