혼자 지내기 너무 편리한 도심 속 오피스텔 구형이고 인테리어도 오래되었지만 가성비로 지내기 좋습니다 :) 여름엔 낮시간 중앙난방가동 & 다른시간엔 이동식 수냉식에어컨이 추가로 설치되어있습니다. (물을끌어다 에어컨을 가동시켜 소음이 조금 있습니다. 예민하신분은 피해주세요! )
