등대를 바라보면서 아름다운 파도소리 감상! 남원은 어촌마을로서 언제나 파도가 넘실대는 곳입니다. 등대를 바라보며 산책로를 걷다보면 아름다운 파도소리를 감상하실 수 있습니다. 그리고, 파도소리 잘 들리고 바다향기가 물씬 풍긴 바닷가 언덕에 이곳을 신축했습니다. 전망 좋은 4층에는 아담하고 깨끗한 원룸 형 옥탑 방 2개가 있으며, 아침이 되면 파도소리 새소리에 저절로 눈이 떠지기도 합니다. 방에는 침대가 각각 1개씩이지만 옥탑 방에 추가인원 3인 가능하며 요를 세팅해 드릴 수 있습니다. 남원 포구에는 조그마한 어린이 수영장과 용천수가 있어서 물놀이하기에 아주 좋으며, 오후가 되면 저녁노을 바라보면서 흑돼지 바비큐도 가능합니다. 부근에는 신영 영화 박물관과 절경이 아름다운 올레 제5코스가 펼쳐져있으며, 차로 10분 거리에는 아름다운 사려니 숲길도 있는데, 하루에 3000명이 오셔서 산책을 하신다고 합니다.
