도보 7분 CU편의점 차로 10분 대형마트 하나로마트 조용한 제주동쪽 한적한 마을 안에 있는 신축 숙소로 조용하고 새소리를 들을 수 있는 자연친화적인 숙소입니다~ 걸어서 10여분 나가면 시원하고 탁트인 바다가 있고 너른 잔디마당도 있어서 산책하기에 너무 좋아요~ 걷기좋아하시는 분들은 해안도로를 따라 섭지코지까지 절경을 보며 걸어보시는것도 추천드립니다~ 아름다운 올레길이거든요~^^ 시골 마을이지만 깔끔한 현대식 건물과 인테리어라 편하게 머무시면서 아름다운 제주여행과 행복한 쉼을 누려보세요~

1.실내 및 마당에서 촛불사용은 자제해 주시기 바라고 실외 불꽃놀이 등 화재위험이 있는 모든 활동은 금지합니다. 2. 화장실을 포함한 실내에서는 금연입니다. (흡연은 실외에서, 1층 마당을 이용하시고 담배꽁초는 바닥에 버리지말아주세요.) 3. 삼겹살을 포함 고기구이, 생선구이(튀김), 청국장, 생선찌개등 냄새가 심한 음식은 삼가해 주세요. 다음 입실준비에 심각한피해를 초래하는 사항이라 부득이하게 정해놓은 규칙이오니 잘 지켜주시기 바랍니다. 4. 사용하신 그릇이나 도구 등은 다음 사용자를 위해서 반드시 깨끗하게 설거지하고 정리하여 주세요. 쓰레기는 분리수거해주시고 재활용품은 환경을 생각해서 깨끗하게 씻어서 분리수거백에 넣어주세요. 음식물은 물기를 뺀후 음식물쓰레기통에 넣어주세요. 안내에 따라 직접 분리수거를 해주셔야합니다. 5. 기물이나 실내외 환경(벽체, 바닥재 등등)을 파손하신 경우, 배상하셔야 하오니 주의하여 주시고 바로 알려주시기 바랍니다. 6. 침구나 커텐, 벽지 등에 볼펜이나 싸인펜 등으로 낙서를 하거나 지워지지 않는 오물을 묻히지 않도록 주의하여 주세요. 7. 바닷가 다녀오신후 옷이나 신발에 묻은 모래는 외부 수도를 이용해 모두 제거해주신 후 입실해주세요~ 실내에서 씻어내시면 모래가 하수구 배관에 쌓여 배관이 막히게됩니다~ 모래의 경우 쌓여 굳어지면 제거하기가 쉽지않으니 꼭 지켜주셔요~ 8. 예약 정원을 준수하여 주십시요 (예약시 인원외에는 숙박 뿐만 아니라 시설이용을 할 수 없습니다.)
