콘도 형태로 수납 서랍이 있는 퀸 사이즈 침대, 별도의 세탁실 겸 베란다, 화장실이 있는 원룸입니다 :) 주차가 아주 편리하며, 바로 앞에 24시간 운영 CU편의점이 있어 지내시기 편하실거에요. 2층이라 바다가 한눈에 보이는 전망이 아주 좋고, 인테리어가 예쁩니다. 1~2명이 지내기에 공간이 정말 넓은 방입니다 :) 온수가 순간 온수기가 아니라서 정말 펑펑 나옵니다 :D (1층 로비에 냉 온수 정수기, 공용 화장실 있어요)

도보 1분 거리(바로 앞): CU편의점 차 5분~10분 내외: 이마트, 올레시장, 서귀포5일장시장, 서귀포 버스 터미널, 중앙도서관, 서귀포 신시가지, 서귀포 구시가지, 이중섭거리 편의점이 바로 앞에 있고, E마트를 포함해 올레시장, 서귀포 신시가지, 서귀포 터미널이 차로 5~10분 거리 내에 있어 생활 편의 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 건물 바로 뒤로는 귤 밭이 있고, 그 너머로 범섬 뷰가 펼쳐진 조용하고 예쁜 동네로 소음에 민감하신 분들도 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 힐링 공간입니다. 투숙객 누구나 이용가능한 3층 루프탑 공간은 낮에는 문섬, 섶섬, 범섬 3개가 다 보이고 밤에는 예쁜 조명이 들어와서 커피나 맥주 한잔하기에 좋습니다. 아기자기한 로비 공간은 바다를 바라보며 커피를 마시기에 안성맞춤입니다. 야외 바베큐장도 이용 가능합니다. (별도 비용) 넓은 객실 공간과 넓은 주차 공간도 저희 집의 자랑입니다 :) 각 객실마다 세탁기가 있어 더욱 편하게 지내실 수 있습니다.
