1층에 위치한 숙소로 계단이 없어서 접근이 편리하고, 휠체어도 접근이 가능합니다. 주차공간도 아주 넓어서 거동이 불편하신 분들도 이용하실 수 있습니다:) 바로 앞에 24시간 운영 CU편의점이 있어 지내시기 편하실거에요. 높은 중산간도로에 위치해서 1층에서도 귤 밭과 범섬 뷰, 바다 뷰를 즐기실 수 있습니다. 구성은 침대방 1(수납 서랍이 있는 퀸 사이즈 침대, 베란다), 침대방2(쇼파베드 겸용 슈퍼 싱글사이즈 베드1개+바닥용 쇼파베드 및 바닥요, 이불장 겸 옷장, 세탁실 겸 베란다)가 각각 분리되어 있으며, 테라스가 있는 거실 겸 주방, 화장실로 되어있어, 4~5명이 지내기에 공간이 정말 넓은 집입니다 :) 온수가 순간 온수기가 아니라서 정말 펑펑 나옵니다 :D (1층 로비에 냉온 정수기, 공용 화장실 있어요)

(별도 비용) 넓은 객실 공간과 넓은 주차 공간도 저희 집의 자랑입니다 :) 각 객실마다 세탁기가 있어 더욱 편하게 지내실 수 있습니다.
