잠실새내역 도보 3~5분 거리이고, 새마을시장과 잠실새내 먹자골목이 있어 주변에 맛집, 이쁜 카페 등 먹거리가 많습니다. 다이소와 마트가 2~4분 거리에 있고 편의점 세탁방 약국 등이 가까이 있습니다. 저희 숙소는 2023년 1월에 리모델링을 마친 여성전용숙소입니다. 옥상에는 숙소전용 루프탑도 있어서 도심 속 휴식을 취하기에 매력적인 곳이에요 합리적인 가격에 강남과 송파의 인프라를 누려보세요😊
