도보 3분거리 배산지하철역. 버스정류장 다양함. 1분거리 편의점. 병원 은행 인프라 구축. 1분거리 초등학교 운동장. 등산로 등 연산동3동 지하철 배산역 5번출구쪽에 위치한 쉐어하우스 입니다. 방 네게 거실 주방 화장실3개 세탁기3대 마당 텃밭 등 삶의 질을 높여주는 예쁜 집입니다. 이제 혼자 살지 마시고 가족을 만들어 보아요!^^ 주위에 바로 연미초등학교가 있어 운동할 수 있는 좋은 위치입니다. 밤중에는 집앞에 주차가 가능하며 가까운 거리에 공용주차장이 있습니다. 시장도 바로 옆이라 살기가 참 좋습니다. 병원 은행 등 편의시설도 아주 가깝게 있습니다.
