Smoking is absolutely prohibited indoors. Fine is 5000THB If you exceed the 29 nights of utilities paid (approximately 2500THB), additional charge for electricity usage (6 THB per unit) and water (25THB per unit) may apply. Deposit refund may take up to one week from check-out. After checking the condition of the accommodation, if there are no issues such as damage or breakdown, the full amount will be returned in Korean won (KRW) through Live Anywhere. Please note that guests staying for more than a month (29 nights) will be asked for a copy of their passport on the day of check-in for long-term resident reporting (TM30).
