편의점, 주차장, 빨래방, 주유소 도보1분 거리 바다가 보이는 고층 15평형 집으로 이루어져 있습니다. 오직 한 팀만이 집 전체를 사용하게 되며 혼자 또는 둘의 여행에 적당한 공간입니다. * 이용자의 안전을 위하여 외부(아파트전체) CCTV 녹화 중이며, 경비아저씨가 관리실에 상주하시며 보안을 유지하고 있습니다. 아파트 맞은편에는 바다가 보이는 조용한 사찰 휴휴암이 위치하고 있으며, 1km 이내에 인구해변, 죽도전망대, 죽도해변이 근접해 있으며 아파트 정문에 편의점과 주유소가 있습니다. 숙소 주변을 작은 동산이 감싸고 있어 숲속에 있는 듯한 느낌을 받을 수도 있습니다. 밤이면 테라스에 나와 평소에 자주 볼 수 없었던 많은 별들과 파도가 모래에 부딪치는 소리를 감상해보세요.

<주의사항> 📌산속에 위치한 조용한 아파트이기 때문에 어르신들이 많이 사시니 꼭꼭 밤 10시 이후의 큰소음은 삼가 부탁드립니다. 📌 샤워 온수는 아래쪽이 뜨신물 위쪽이 찬물이오니 착오없으시길 바랍니다! 📌보일러는 너무 높은 온도로 틀으시면 바닥이 대리석이기 때문에 발바닥이 따끔따끔 할 정도로 뜨겁습니다. 참고하시어 온도는 적당하게 설정 부탁드립니다. <퇴실안내> *퇴실시 쓰레기는 일반쓰레기와 재활용쓰레기, 음식물쓰레기를 구분하여 아파트 입구쪽 분리수거장을 이용해주세요. 기타 문의사항이 있으면 언제든지 DM주세요 !감사합니다🥰
