건물 1층 : 샌드위치 카페 건물 맞은편 : 메가커피 도보 3분거리 : 편의점 및 청호마트(중형 수퍼마켓) 도보 5분거리 : 공항버스 정류장(구의정부3동우체국) 도보 8분거리 : 의정부역 1호선 지하철 및 신세계백화점 도보 10분거리 : 의정부 문화의거리 중앙로 지하철이 가까워 서울 및 인근 양주, 동두천 방면을 다녀오기도 편리하며, 차량으로 30분 이내 송추 유원지, 양주 나리공원, 포천 광릉수목원 등의 관광지가 있어 다녀오기 좋습니다. 숙소에는 벽걸이 티비와 소파가 준비되어있습니다. 체크인하여 겉옷을 보관하고 관리할 수 있는 에어드레서가 마련되어있으니 황사철이나 외출 후 편리하게 이용하시면 되겠습니다. 주방엔 기본적인 식기와 컵, 와인잔 등이 준비되어있으며 냄비, 후라이팬 등이 주방 싱크 하부장에 보관되어 있습니다. 욕실용품으로 헤어드라이어가 비치되어있습니다. 거실 천정에 시스템 에어컨이 있으며 별도 리모컨으로 가동 가능합니다.
